Cost and Billing
No. Applying for a job is free. However, certain documentation and processing costs may apply, depending on the employer’s terms.
In most cases, the employer covers visa, flight, accommodation, and meals. We will always clarify this before you sign any contract.
No. We pride ourselves on transparency. All applicable fees are communicated clearly before recruitment begins.
No upfront payment is required unless stated under special circumstances. Most costs are either covered by the employer or deducted fairly after placement.
Payments (where applicable) can be made via bank transfer, M-Pesa, or direct office payments with receipts issued for accountability.
All transactions are officially receipted, and we encourage candidates to only make payments through authorized Zafarani Employment Agency channels.
Follow-Up Support
Yes. We offer follow-up support to ensure candidates settle well in their new roles abroad.

Yes. Many contracts are renewable. We help guide you through the renewal process if you wish to continue working abroad.
